 Prompt Response: Something I wished I had more of is money. Money is something I would want to have more of to help my family when they are struggling financially when they can't afford to buy groceries, clothes, or sometimes even Christmas gifts.  Another reason I would like to have more money is to help out my dad because he wants to be with his children and he suffers a lot of depression. Money would also help me and my siblings get a better education we would be able to go in to colleges of our choice without having to worry about tuition or anything else.  Prompt:  A moment where I had unexpected kindness is when my family and I lived in an apartment where one night it suddenly burned down. It was 2:00 am my parents immediately started to knock on everyone's door and they took everyone out. After that we went to a shelter but we only lasted one night there then we went to live to a hotel and we had to walk every morning to school. The second day we got to school our principal called every kid that their house got burned down. Our principal got everyone on the bus and she started to say she was very sorry for what had happened to us and she took us to Walmart she bought us clothes then we stopped at McDonald's and she bought us a cheeseburger.  Prompt Response:  A feeling that took me by surprise that I am never going to forget was when my grandmother told me she was leaving to Mexico. This took me by surprise because I had always been very close with her and she never had plans to leave the U.S. The worst part is that she told us she was leaving the next day at 12 am. We all started crying because we knew that we wouldn't be able to see her anymore and we wouldn't have Christmas as we used to have. My grandmother did leave the next morning and we got to say our goodbyes we were all very sad and still in shock. My grandmother came back 5 years later but it may be the only feeling in my life that took me by surprise.  Prompt Response:  There has been a lot of times where I have felt completely lost. Most of them have been when I move schools every year because I have to find new locations, new friends, and new teachers. Since I would move schools very often it was very hard for me because on my first day I would have to find where the library, the cafeteria, and my new classroom were going to be and I would often get lost. When I would get to my new classroom everyone already had friends that had been knowing for a long time but since I was new I would not talk to anyone and I would feel so lonely and lost. Another thing that made me feel lost were my teachers because sometimes I would be learning something and then I would have to move schools and in my new school they would be learning something new and sometimes the teacher would assume I had already known that topic/subject.  Prompt Response:       The place I never wanted to leave was Mexico due to more freedom, less stress, and I was happier. Being in Mexico would mean more freedom because here in the U.S everyone lives in a routine and mine is from school to work and from work to home and in Mexico you can actually go anywhere you want with your friends and I never got bored in Mexico. Another reason I would have never wanted to leave is because there is a lot less stress for my mother and my father we don't have to worry about rent because we own our own house or I did not have to worry about waking up early for school because in Mexico our school would open at 9 am. Today was our block day and we had to do an assignment on canvas named One pager. Where we had to include 4 quotations, 5 vocabulary words, 2 themes, 2 questions, and more. I only got done with the vocabulary and the 2 questions and the title. Then Mr. Rease told us it was OK if we did not finish we could take it home and we would have more time on Friday

 Today Tuesday November  the 5th was a virtual day and all we had to do is finish the discussion questions we did not finish in class. They are going to be due at the end of the day.

 Today Monday, the 4th we had to read a story named Ambush. (Which Mr. Rease read it to us and explained while he was reading) After finishing the story we had to go into canvas and there were some discussion questions we had to complete.

Today we had a test on The reading of the Rock pile. So when we got to class we had to go to the lockdown browser and log in to illuminate and complete that.
