Today we had to already have our mural turned in which I did but Mr. Reese told me to resubmit because my poster did not include my name or my role. After we finished this we had an assignment on Canvas.

Today we were also finishing the reading of the Rockpile. We then started to work on our digital poster.

Today October the 28 we got to class and logged in to canvas where a story was waiting for us to read it. Then we all received a part either being the connector, illustrator, etc.. That day we just got to reading the story and no further.

 Today as soon as we walked in Mr. Rease started explaining what we were going to do. We had to choose 10 vocabulary words and define them in a slide and then explain why we chose that image. Hen we were finished we had to turn it in on canvas.

 On Tuesday we didn’t do much we just started to write claims. We also watched some videos and we had to determine if they were ethos, pathos, or logos. We didn’t finish writing the claims we were going to finish them on block day.

 On Monday we were all so behind because we didn’t have school for two days and we had picture day on Tuesday. This day we focused on taking notes about and argument where we also reviewed logos, ethos, and pathos.

 Well, on September 23 Mr.Rease was not there but he had left us an assignment on Canvas. The assignment was a NewsELA where we had to read an article and answer some quiz questions. On this day we had a very nice substitute.

 On September 20, 2024 we had to turn in the paper that we were given the day before for our peer review. After we turned in our papers we had to turn in our essays well make sure that they were already turned in. This was all we did that day and over all it was pretty easy and calm.

 On Thursday our seats had been rearranged into groups of four. This was because we were going to work in pairs with the person next to us so that they could review our now typed essay. We were given a paper where our partners had to give us their feedback and we had an opportunity to edit our papers after their review.

 On September 17,2024 we had to edit our introduction and conclusion paragraphs. We also had to type our paragraphs but it still was not time to turn it in. Even though we had to already type our essay I still was not done editing but I luckily had it typed by Wednesday.

 On September 16, 2024 we started by taking notes on the format of introduction paragraph and our conclusion paragraph. After we took our notes Mr.Rease proceeded to tell us that we were going to write our draft of both of those paragraphs. Overall that day we had a nice lesson.
